Director, Platform and Integration Lead

Define and lead platform integration strategy for multi-system client platforms.

• •Blockstream is seeking a Director, Platform & Integration Lead to define how client platforms are technically realized across systems and infrastructure.
• •This senior leadership role partners with industry leads to translate solution strategies into scalable platform implementations.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and integration of multi-system client platforms.
• •Define and own the platform integration strategy, including API architecture and data flows.
• •Guide engineering teams on DevOps, CI/CD, system integration, and platform scalability.
• •Act as the senior authority for cross-platform dependencies and integration decisions.
• •Requirements 10+ years of experience in platform architecture, enterprise integration, or large-scale system implementation.
• •Proven experience designing and delivering complex, multi-system platforms in banking or fintech.
• •Strong expertise in API-first architecture, microservices, event-driven systems, and data integration.
• •Demonstrated ability to translate high-level architectures into executable platform designs.
