Customer Delivery Manager

Leads customer launch activities and project management for new and existing clients.

• •The Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) is responsible for leading the launch activities of new clients, as well as expansion of existing clients.
• •The CDM will work closely with the Account Leads and Implementation Engineers to provide overall project management during the launch period, from green light through Go Live.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead the launch of customers including project management, technical coordination, and hands on system set-up.
• •Set-up and hold meetings with various internal and external teams in order to progress the project.
• •Responsible for communication around timelines, project management & actions items.
• •Requirements 2 years of experience in a SaaS environment Knowledge of customer facing practices Strong English skills, written and verbal, must be fluent/native Japanese speaker
