AI Deployment Strategist for strategic client accounts.

• •We are looking for an AI Deployment Strategist to join our Client Success and Strategy (CSS) team.
• •In this role, you will own the full client lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic accounts, from initial AI deployment through post-live optimization and account expansion.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end client outcomes for a portfolio of strategic accounts Lead AI deployment projects from kickoff through go-live, including technical configuration and integration work Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders from end users to executives Drive product adoption through client education, workflow optimization, and proactive engagement Identify and execute expansion opportunities within assigned accounts Requirements 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or Epic integrations Experience at a high-growth startup where you wore multiple hats A track record of owning complex, high-stakes client relationships Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight Strong written and verbal communication skills
