Legal Counsel

Focus on intellectual property law, competition law, and litigation matters.

• •Support the handling and further development of Flix's global trademark portfolio, including coordination with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• •Key Responsibilities Support the handling and further development of Flix's global trademark portfolio, including coordination with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• •Assist in advising on competition law matters and help ensure compliance with anti-trust regulations.
• •Facilitate the coordination and monitoring of litigation matters, including working with external counsel and maintaining internal tracking tools.
• •Contribute to the establishment and improvement of internal processes for tracking legal proceedings and risks.
• •Provide legal support on a variety of topics beyond core areas and gain exposure to new and evolving business initiatives.
• •Requirements Fully German-qualified lawyer with 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in a law firm or in-house environment.
• •Exposure to intellectual property (especially trademarks), competition law, and/or litigation is preferred.
• •Initial experience working with external counsel or supporting complex legal matters is considered a strong advantage.
• •Strong interest in developing expertise across multiple legal areas and willingness to learn new topics.
