AI Operations Manager

Own and manage AI revenue strategy and workflows at Achievers.

• •In this role, you will own Achievers’ AI revenue strategy end to end, from use case discovery through deployment and measurement.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the AI roadmap: use case discovery, build, deployment, adoption, and impact measurement.
• •Design, deploy and manage revenue generating agents Architect and automate workflows that eliminate manual GTM tasks across AEs, SCs, SDRS, BDRs, and CSMs.
• •Requirements Education in analytics and software development Experience in technology industry required Proven track record designing and deploying AI powered agent workflows for revenue or sales operations.
