- •Key Responsibilities Translate complex financial concepts into understandable language for homeowners via email, text, and in-product flows.
- •Analyze homeowner research and data to inform content strategy and writing.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designers, PMs, engineers, marketing, and sales.
- •Draft copy for AI-driven experiences like chat, voice, and knowledge bases.
- •Monitor and iterate on copy performance based on metrics like open rates and conversion.
- •Requirements 2+ years of professional writing experience in content design, product design, UX writing, or a related field.
- •A portfolio showcasing strong writing across multiple formats (product copy, emails, long-form, marketing).
- •Proficiency and active use of AI tools for drafting, editing, and research.
