Senior Software Engineer, Robotics Fleet

Develop on-device software for robotics observability and connectivity.

• •Foxglove is seeking a highly skilled product and data-oriented Product Engineer with professional experience developing on-device software for developers to provide observability and connectivity.
• •You’ll work with other engineers to design and develop our SDK, user interfaces, on-device software, connectivity and data ingestion systems.
• •Key Responsibilities Integrating with a variety of robotics frameworks and multiple-language SDKs Building reliable, low-resource utilization software to run on a myriad of devices Providing connectivity, observability and telemetry on devices running in constrained environments or in the field Requirements 5+ years professional experience in writing high-performance production software Significant professional experience building on-device software in C++ or Rust Familiarity with ROS, or other robotics stacks
