- •This role involves direct supervision of warehouse staff and contractors.
- •Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
- •Provide direct supervision and work direction to warehouse employees and contractors.
- •Train and onboard new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- •Conduct regular inventory reviews and reconcile route sheets.
- •Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- •Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or operations experience with supervisory experience.
- •Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- •Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification.
- •Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
