Senior Client Solutions Manager, Beauty - Influencer Marketing

Manage beauty brand accounts and influencer marketing campaigns.

• •You’ll manage a portfolio of brand accounts, focusing on keeping beauty clients, growing them, and ensuring clean delivery.
• •You will be the connective tissue between Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product teams.
• •Key Responsibilities Own client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs.
• •Translate data into clear, actionable plans and present performance against KPIs.
• •Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns.
• •Identify upsell opportunities and drive Net Revenue Retention.
• •Requirements Beauty Industry Background: Previous experience at a beauty brand, beauty retailer, or agency focused on beauty clients 4–6+ years in influencer or creator marketing Strong hands-on campaign experience, with real fluency in Meta and TikTok
