- •This role focuses on designing and building AI-backed customer support experiences, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to shape solutions and drive measurable business impact.
- •Key Responsibilities Create, refine, and iterate on significant new products and features for AI-backed support.
- •Mentor other designers and contribute to growing the craft of product design at Assembled.
- •Deeply understand user needs through research and share insights to build collective understanding.
- •Act as a steward of the product experience, designing intuitive patterns and raising design standards.
- •Improve visual and interaction design, contributing to the design system.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B software design.
- •Zero-to-one mindset with the ability to iterate quickly and balance scope, speed, and quality.
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and able to push projects forward.
