Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team.

• •You'll act as a force multiplier for the CEO
• •owning the hardest cross-functional problems, driving the highest-stakes decisions, and ensuring leadership operates with clarity and speed.
• •Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and exec team
• •elevate insights, prep leadership for key decisions, and when needed serve as a stand-in Proactively resolve problems before they reach the CEO
• •you see around corners and close gaps Coordinate the CEOs network to accelerate go-to-market including in international markets like MENA where there is existing regional expertise and existing strong relationships DRI decisions that span Product, Eng, Finance, and GTM
• •surface risks and disagreements early, drive alignment where org structure creates friction Develop integrated views of product economics, market dynamics, and business performance that no single function owns Requirements 7+ years in strategy, operations, or an analytical hybrid role at a high-growth tech company, with real time working alongside Product and Engineering You build structure where none exists and drive decisions without formal authority Credible across domains: Eng trusts your technical judgment, Finance and GTM trust your business rigor Strong quantitative chops
