IT Systems Engineer

Own and scale IT infrastructure, focusing on identity and access management and endpoint management.

• •We're hiring our first dedicated IT Systems Engineer to own and scale IT infrastructure across the company—from endpoint management to identity systems and day-to-day operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Own identity and access management end-to-end, including SSO integrations, user provisioning, and access controls across all applications Lead the rollout and long-term ownership of Okta to centralize and secure access management Design and implement scalable IT systems that support company growth and compliance requirements Manage endpoint infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management Set up and maintain office network infrastructure, including VPNs, access points, and ongoing troubleshooting Requirements Strong understanding of identity and access management systems Experience with endpoint management and network infrastructure Ability to design and implement scalable IT systems Proficiency in troubleshooting issues across macOS and Windows environments Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
