About the role
Lead and grow a team of Account Executives selling to top enterprise accounts in AMER.
- •Hiring and managing the team responsible for selling to "Majors" account base (F1000 accounts in AMER).
- •This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high growth company, in a $10B TAM segment, selling to the world's top organizations with a team of experienced leaders.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a team of high performing AEs in AMER focused on selling to the largest companies in the region.
- •Identify, recruit, hire and coach AEs coming from a consultative/value selling sales background.
- •Develop strong pipeline coverage and conversion across multiple sources.
- •Implement strategy for selling with GSIs in the Majors segment.
- •Maintain accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene across your team.
- •Requirements History of building and coaching successful sales teams in the Majors segment ($5B+ Revenue accounts).
- •History of selling a technical software platform to a technical audience (CIO/CTO/Technical Architecture).
- •Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
