• •DeepL seeks a Solution Architect for its Voice product to design and deploy real-time voice AI solutions with enterprise customers, focusing on contact centres, telephony integrations, and low-latency production systems.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery and validate proofs-of-concept with enterprise prospects.
• •Advise on end-to-end voice architectures including speech-to-text and text-to-speech.
• •Enable partners and contact centre providers to deploy and scale voice AI.
• •Provide actionable product feedback to engineering on latency and integration gaps.
• •Requirements 7–10+ years in solution architecture, consulting, or technical pre-sales.
• •Strong familiarity with SIP/VoIP/IVR, CCaaS platforms, and contact centre integrations.
• •Experience with speech systems, real-time translation, WebSocket/API integrations, and AWS.
• •Excellent enterprise stakeholder communication and systems mindset.
