• •Stepful is seeking a Director of Healthcare Strategy & Operations to build, maintain, and scale its nursing and respiratory programs.
• •This role is crucial for supporting 10x growth in active students and advancing a key pillar of Stepful's growth story.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end program delivery for nursing programs, with potential expansion to other degree-granting programs.
• •Develop and execute initiatives to accelerate nursing enrollment, student retention, and program scale.
• •Lead the integration of an acquired nursing college and expand remote/online delivery.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory standards and enhance student experience.
