Drive expansion and renewals within existing commercial accounts for an AI-native developer tool.
- •Cursor is seeking its first Commercial Account Executives (Expansion) to manage existing accounts, drive expansion, and ensure renewals.
- •This role focuses on high-growth companies adopting AI rapidly.
- •Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of existing commercial customers, driving expansion, net revenue retention, and renewals.
- •Proactively engage with engineering, data, and product leadership to identify opportunities and deepen relationships.
- •Monitor usage commitments and proactively manage renewal cycles.
- •Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales Leadership to improve commercial customer engagement.
- •Requirements 2+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS.
- •Meaningful expansion and renewal experience, owning a book of business.
- •Experience selling technical products like dev tools, infrastructure, or data/AI platforms.
- •Strong commercial and strategic mindset, comfortable navigating change and usage-based models.
