Software Implementation Consultant - Clinical

Implement software solutions for clients in the LTPAC settings.

• •As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the implementation of software solutions to optimize workflows and achieve business goals within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings.
• •You will build strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on best practices and solution utilization.
• •Key Responsibilities Act as the principal implementation liaison, documenting requirements and translating them into system configurations.
• •Lead business discovery sessions and develop recommendations for delivery approaches.
• •Configure systems, ensure data quality, and manage communication among project stakeholders.
• •Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• •Support customer change management strategies and user readiness plans.
• •Requirements 2-4+ years in a software implementation role.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated attention to detail.
