TL;DR
Lead commissioning programs for hyperscale data centers.
- •The Commissioning Superintendent will lead commissioning programs for hyperscale data centers.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the field commissioning program across all MEP systems.
- •Lead every commissioning phase from pre-functional testing through owner acceptance.
- •Own startup and energization sequencing for various systems.
- •Surface and resolve upstream constraints before they hit the schedule.
- •Run site meetings with clients, consultants, and trades.
- •Travel at least 50% to project sites.
- •Requirements Experience with large-scale commissioning programs on hyperscale data centers.
- •Deep mechanical commissioning expertise on chillers, dry coolers, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and HVAC.
- •Experience working the owner's-rep or client side.
- •Command of six-week look-ahead scheduling and visual planning tools.
- •Knowledge of energized-work safety and OSHA in mission-critical environments.
