Develop and scale AI products for healthcare professionals.
- •Senior AI Engineer to build and scale production-grade LLM-native products for clinicians, owning technical direction and product-facing AI initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and scale LLM-powered product experiences used daily by healthcare professionals Lead AI initiatives from concept to production and define technical/product strategy Design systems for prompting, orchestration, retrieval, agents, speech, and model infrastructure Own projects end-to-end including deployment, monitoring, and iteration Requirements 5+ years engineering experience, 2-4 years building/shipping LLM-powered products Hands-on experience applying modern LLMs in production and building agentic/multi-step systems Experience with evaluation pipelines, model monitoring, and AI reliability Strong software engineering fundamentals; familiarity with Python, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes
