TL;DR
Support day-to-day accounting operations with QuickBooks Online.
- •We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day accounting operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Record and categorize daily financial transactions Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices and expense reports Requirements 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- •Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- •Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- •Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- •Proactive, self-motivated, and takes ownership of work with minimal supervision.
