- •The Crew Planning Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing crew staffing goals and processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and CBA adherence.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate with Network Planning to create flight pairings.
- •Assist with outlining Pilot and Flight Attendant headcount models.
- •Develop monthly schedule bidding resources and bid preparation documents.
- •Strategize and execute the vacancy bidding process for crew members.
- •Audit all data within the bid packet for regulatory and CBA compliance.
- •Requirements Bachelor's Degree Minimum three (3) years of experience in the Airline Industry.
- •Exceptional Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
- •Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- •Ability to function in a high stress role and work unsupervised.
