- •Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate legal contracts Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional partners on legal implications Manage internal corporate affairs and filings Manage the legal aspects of the company’s share option / token pool strategy Requirements JD, LLB or equivalent and 5+ years of UK or US qualified legal experience Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to web3 Proven problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of, or passion for, crypto and privacy
