• •Moonfare is seeking a proactive Account Management Analyst to support investor relationships and oversee onboarding processes.
• •You will collaborate across multiple teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for sophisticated private market investors.
• •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for regional investors, facilitating onboarding and account setup.
• •Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure compliant and efficient client journeys.
• •Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot and provide feedback to improve internal workflows.
• •Requirements 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or operations.
• •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •Native or fluent proficiency in both German and English (written and verbal).
