• •Replit is seeking a GTM AI Operations Lead, Demand Generation to leverage AI and automation to accelerate their Go-To-Market motion.
• •This role involves designing and implementing AI-driven systems to improve efficiency and insights for revenue teams.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and build AI-powered automations for the top of the funnel, including lead routing and distribution.
• •Own systems for data cleanliness and trustworthiness to ensure reliable AI outputs.
• •Partner with sales leadership to identify and automate solutions for bottlenecks.
• •Integrate and orchestrate the GTM tech stack with AI agents and workflows.
• •Build internal tooling to deliver AI insights directly to reps and managers.
• •Requirements 5-7 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Systems, supporting enterprise sales.
• •Hands-on Salesforce and Marketing Database expertise, including data models and automation.
• •Demonstrated experience designing and shipping automations, ideally including AI-driven workflows.
