The Director of Development will grow and shape the NextGen community.

• •The Director of Development will grow and shape the NextGen community, focusing on member development and community stewardship.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the member pipeline end-to-end, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• •Cultivate relationships with prospective members, advisors, and ecosystem partners.
• •Organize and co-host private NextGen dinners and curated gatherings.
• •Represent AV and NextGen at industry events and conferences.
• •Build and manage a scalable recruitment pipeline through referrals and strategic partnerships.
