Run and scale paid acquisition channels and measurement to drive efficient growth.
- •Own and scale Cognition's paid acquisition channels, managing agency partners and running campaigns across major platforms to drive efficient customer acquisition as spend scales.
- •Key Responsibilities Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X to lower CAC.
- •Manage paid media agency relationships and decide what to keep outsourced vs in-house.
- •Scale campaigns for both self-serve developers and enterprise buyers.
- •Test and iterate 10+ ad concepts per week with design and creative partners.
- •Stand up new channels (programmatic, podcast, CTV) and build measurement infrastructure.
- •Requirements 2-4 years running digital marketing campaigns.
- •Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager.
- •Managed $50K-$250K/month in ad spend and scaled budgets efficiently.
- •Experience setting up or improving conversion tracking and attribution.
