Lead the design and evolution of FloQast's backend core platform systems.

• •As a Staff Software Engineer, Core Platform, you will lead the design and evolution of FloQast’s backend systems.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable, distributed core services.
• •Architect and maintain reliable asynchronous architectures using Kafka and Temporal.
• •Own the evolution and scaling of enterprise-grade authentication and authorization frameworks.
• •Requirements 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend engineering.
• •Expert-level proficiency with TypeScript and experience with Temporal, Kafka, MongoDB, and AWS.
• •Proven experience delivering high-impact architectural solutions in fast-paced environments.
