Sr Machine Learning Engineer, AI Research

Research and integrate AI/ML technologies into Cribl's platform.

• •Cribl is hiring a senior ML engineer to research and integrate AI/ML technologies into their telemetry security and observability platform, working closely with founders and engineering teams to deliver production-ready systems.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, train, and evaluate ML models for research and applied AI initiatives Run rapid experiments and track results to drive model improvements Collaborate with researchers and engineers to productionize academic advances Build and maintain ML pipelines for ingestion, feature engineering, training, and evaluation Optimize models via fine-tuning, hyperparameter search, and architecture experiments Requirements Bachelor's in CS/math/statistics or related with 4+ years experience (Master's/PhD a plus) Deep hands-on experience training and evaluating ML models, including language models Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow Familiarity with MLOps tooling (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow) Understanding of NLP, computer vision, and/or reinforcement learning techniques
