AI Data Engineer

Develop and maintain data pipelines and AI tools for GTM strategy.

• •Build scalable data pipelines and AI tools to support BetterUp's GTM strategy.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and maintain data pipelines and data warehouse architecture.
• •Develop and deploy AI tools for GTM use cases.
• •Partner with stakeholders to integrate AI into workflows.
• •Coach teammates on AI adoption.
• •Define and track key GTM metrics.
• •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or applied AI.
• •Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• •Experience with modern cloud data warehouses.
• •Familiarity with GTM tools and agentic coding tools.
