GTM Business Application Manager

Drive and optimize tools, automations, and integrations for GTM teams.

• •We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Operations Specialist to support and scale Candex’s go-to-market teams from a technical and systems-focused angle.
• •In this role, you’ll drive and optimize the tools, automations, and integrations that power the business across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Administer and optimize core GTM tools.
• •Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Ops to understand workflows.
• •Evaluate and implement new tools or improvements.
• •Own data hygiene and structure across GTM systems.
• •Requirements 3+ years of experience in GTM Ops / Business Systems / Systems Operations roles in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• •Hands-on experience working with and managing a CRM.
• •Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and data structures.
