Senior Data Scientist, Growth

Build and own growth analytics foundation for fal.

• •Build and own fal's growth analytics foundation, partnering with marketing and leadership to define measurement, attribution, and unit economics from the ground up.
• •Key Responsibilities Define event taxonomy, attribution model, channel hierarchy, and reporting infrastructure.
• •Stand up acquisition analytics across paid, organic, content, community, and partnerships.
• •Design and run growth experiments end-to-end and translate results into recommendations.
• •Define and operationalize unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period, cohorts).
• •Help scale the broader data and analytics capability for growth.
• •Requirements 5+ years in data science, growth analytics, or growth strategy.
• •Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python for analytics and experimentation.
• •Experience with channel-level acquisition analysis and growth unit economics.
• •Strong experimentation skills: A/B Testing, causal inference, and pragmatic measurement.
