• •Key Responsibilities Provide consultative support within the frontline ecosystem and execute account underwriting and document processing.
• •Monitor and maintain compliance systems while strategizing on communication campaigns.
• •Support knowledge management initiatives to deliver measurable business value to the Platform Operations team.
• •Requirements Coursework or experience in Customer Support, Clean Technology, Environmental Studies, or Finance.
• •Strong computer skills with high words-per-minute typing speed and high attention to detail.
