• •Key Responsibilities Secure high-impact locations for bus stops and stations by leveraging government relationships and private-sector negotiation skills Identify, negotiate, and secure bus stop access agreements with private business partners to support and expand network operations Align commercial objectives with government policies by identifying opportunities and mitigating regulatory risks Requirements 1+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate development, including work with Canadian government entities at the federal, provincial, and municipal levels 1+ years of project management experience with knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations (e.g., Transport Canada and provincial Ministries of Transportation) and public transit systems Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience initiating new business relationships
