- •The Clinical Coordinator will manage the Medical Assistant team and ensure smooth operations of a women’s health practice.
- •Key Responsibilities Directly manage the Medical Assistant team.
- •Support scheduling and administrative tasks.
- •Serve as the voice of the practice, answering and working incoming calls and messages.
- •Serve as the face of the practice and welcome patients at the front desk.
- •Provide team support and active technology troubleshooting.
- •Requirements OB/GYN or women’s health experience.
- •Supervisory or team leadership experience.
- •Current clinical certification/licensure (RN, LPN, or CMA).
- •Experience with quality improvement or clinical compliance initiatives.
