Senior Asset Management Associate

Manage residential portfolios, drive performance, and execute dispositions for a proptech fund.

• •We’re hiring a Senior Asset Management Associate to help run the engine behind our Fund.
• •You’ll hold our third-party property managers to Flock's standards, run dispositions from identification through close, serve as the primary point of contact for our Separately Managed Account partners, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Legal team on asset-level matters.
• •This role is for a top tier operator who wants to drive portfolio performance.
• •Key Responsibilities Directly manage third-party property management partners, holding them accountable to Flock's standards on leasing, maintenance, and resident experience.
• •Review property valuations, rental rates, make-ready scopes, and capex costs, and analyze portfolio performance to inform hold/sell recommendations.
• •Produce and analyze detailed financial reports for each market, comparing performance against budgets and market indices.
• •Identify sell candidates and coordinate the disposition plan end-to-end alongside partner agents.
• •Requirements 4-6 years of asset management experience, preferably in residential single-family portfolios.
• •Proficiency in Excel and comfortable working in BI dashboards.
• •Sound judgment on legal issues and ability to escalate when necessary.
