About the role
- •Mission Brief As a Senior Production Engineer, you will serve as the technical authority and process owner for electrical/electronic assemblies and wiring harnesses, covering assembly, endofline testing, and industrialisation.
- •You own the transition from prototype and preseries builds to stable, serial production, ensuring that Electromechanical and electronic products (E/E systems or Avionics) meet stringent performance, functional safety, and reliability requirements for series manufacturing You will drive process capability, production readiness (MRL/TRL), efficiency, and equipment strategy while guiding technicians and junior engineers.
- •You will collaborate closely with design engineering, AIT, quality, supply chain, development programs, and external suppliers to deliver scalable, highly reliable avionics production processes.
