Leads the core infrastructure platform for Neko Health.

• •Neko Health is redefining preventative care with data-driven insights.
• •This role leads the core infrastructure platform, ensuring health and member data reliability for clinics and internal systems.
• •Key Responsibilities Establish a scalable, secure infrastructure platform on Azure.
• •Enable faster product deployment cycles through platform improvements.
• •Increase system reliability and reduce operational incidents.
• •Build and scale a high-performance platform engineering team.
• •Define long-term platform strategy in partnership with Product and Data.
• •Requirements Proven experience building and scaling large-scale infrastructure systems.
• •Experience building infrastructure as a platform or SRE-level systems.
• •Strong hands-on engineering background; ability to code and design systems.
