  • As an SDR supporting Southern Europe, you'll generate qualified pipeline through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting to mid-market accounts, working hybrid from the Milan office.
  • Key Responsibilities Research target accounts and decision-makers to understand challenges Prospect via cold calling, personalised emails, and social selling Qualify inbound MQLs and conduct discovery calls Schedule qualified meetings and ensure smooth handoffs to AEs Meet KPIs and quarterly quotas for meetings and pipeline Requirements Proven ability to hit activity and pipeline KPIs Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification Strong communication and sales skills Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
