Staff Program Manager, Enterprise Technology & AI

Lead complex technology programs for enterprise IT strategy.

• •Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs that advance our enterprise IT strategy.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end program management for large-scale or high-complexity Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives.
• •Define and communicate clear success metrics for each program, reporting status and risk to Enterprise Technology & AI leadership.
• •Partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of underlying problems, desired outcomes, and solution trade-offs.
• •Requirements 8+ years of program management experience, with a strong track record delivering large, cross-functional Enterprise Technology & AI programs.
• •Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguous problems.
• •Experience influencing without authority, earning trust with senior stakeholders, and driving alignment across functions.
