• •Key Responsibilities Build and strengthen relationships with broker partners and onboard high-value brokers Develop and execute distribution and growth initiatives to drive profitable new business Conduct broker meetings, presentations, training and market visits Represent SafetyCulture Care at industry events and act as trusted market contact Work with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and feedback Requirements Experience in broking, underwriting, business development or market-facing insurance roles Strong existing broker, adviser or industry relationships Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills Proactive, commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
