About the role
Generate qualified pipeline opportunities and expand Airtable's footprint through prospecting and strategic outreach.
- •As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in accelerating Airtable’s growth by generating qualified pipeline opportunities and expanding our footprint.
- •You will work closely with our Strategic Account Executives in the UK and our cross functional partners in the EMEA HQ in London.
- •This is more than a traditional outbound role; you’ll help prospective customers rethink how work gets done and experiment with new strategies to unlock opportunities.
- •Key Responsibilities Generate qualified pipeline through inbound follow-up, outbound prospecting, and strategic outreach across northern Europe.
- •Partner closely with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritisation, and personalised outreach strategies.
- •Research target accounts and personas to identify high-impact opportunities and create thoughtful, tailored messaging.
- •Engage prospective customers through calls, emails, events, webinars, and multi-channel campaigns.
- •Run discovery and qualification conversations to identify customer pain points and assess fit.
- •Requirements Fluent English speaker.
- •At least 1 year of sales or related experience.
