About the role
TL;DR
Build and manage modern controlling for Glow25's supply chain.
- •As Operations Finance Manager at Glow25, you will build a modern controlling for our supply chain and act as a business partner for the Operations Management Team.
- •Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for inventory valuation and continuously develop inventory controlling.
- •Build transparency over stock levels, stock movements, and their financial impact.
- •Analyze key supply chain and operations KPIs such as stock levels, COGS, logistics costs, and forecast accuracy.
- •Act as a business partner for Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement, bringing financial perspectives into operational decisions.
- •Support budget planning, forecasts, and operational financial planning.
- •Build and further develop dashboards, reporting structures, and KPIs.
- •Create business cases for operational decisions, such as supplier selection, logistics structures, or inventory strategies.
- •Identify cost and working capital optimization potentials along the entire value chain.
- •Requirements Completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a comparable field.
- •Experience in controlling, operations finance, supply chain analytics, or consulting.
- •Initial experience with stock levels, cost structures, or operational KPIs is a plus.
- •Analytical thinker who works data-driven and can clearly present complex relationships.
- •Structured and independent worker who maintains an overview even in a dynamic environment.
- •Very good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable with numbers.
- •Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau or motivation to quickly learn.
- •Ideally, experience with ERP systems or financial systems.
- •Interest in data analysis, reporting, and the development of meaningful KPIs.
