- •Outtake is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to build and scale a high-performing outbound sales development team.

- •Key Responsibilities Directly manage and coach a team of SDRs to consistently hit qualified meeting quotas.
- •Own the end-to-end outbound motion, including ICP prioritization, territory design, and messaging strategy.
- •Develop and institutionalize AI-powered workflows to enhance SDR productivity and outreach quality.
- •Collaborate with AEs, marketing, and the founding team to ensure GTM alignment and market intelligence.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience managing outbound SDR teams in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- •Proven ability to build systems, playbooks, and onboarding programs.
- •Fluency with AI tooling and a passion for leveraging AI in sales processes.
- •Strong coaching instincts and a data-oriented approach to performance management.
