  • Outtake is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to build and scale a high-performing outbound sales development team.
  • This role is crucial for developing a repeatable and scalable outbound motion, leveraging AI to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Key Responsibilities Directly manage and coach a team of SDRs to consistently hit qualified meeting quotas.
  • Own the end-to-end outbound motion, including ICP prioritization, territory design, and messaging strategy.
  • Develop and institutionalize AI-powered workflows to enhance SDR productivity and outreach quality.
  • Collaborate with AEs, marketing, and the founding team to ensure GTM alignment and market intelligence.
  • Requirements 4+ years of experience managing outbound SDR teams in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to build systems, playbooks, and onboarding programs.
  • Fluency with AI tooling and a passion for leveraging AI in sales processes.
  • Strong coaching instincts and a data-oriented approach to performance management.
