- •Lead and coordinate responses to complex bids, tenders, RFPs and RFIs from large enterprises and public-sector organizations.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, tenders, public-sector consultations, and strategic enterprise opportunities.
- •Analyze requirements, define response plans, timelines, responsibilities, and compliance matrices.
- •Coordinate contributions from sales, product, AI research, engineering, legal, security, finance, and leadership teams.
- •Translate H’s agentic AI capabilities into clear, persuasive business value for enterprise and public-sector buyers.
- •Write, edit, and structure high-quality proposal content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, differentiation, and timely submission.
- •Requirements Proven experience in bid management, proposal management, tender management, pre-sales, sales operations, or complex enterprise sales.
- •Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, tenders, or public-sector procurement processes.
- •Strong understanding of the full bid lifecycle: qualification, planning, content collection, drafting, review, approval, submission, and post-bid analysis.
- •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
