TL;DR
Owns and executes paid search strategy and campaigns end-to-end in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

- •This is a fully hands-on role for someone who lives in Google Ads, is driven by results, and finds real satisfaction in building, testing and optimising campaigns themselves.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- •Live in-platform daily
- •building campaigns, reviewing search term reports, running A/B tests and troubleshooting issues.
- •Own budget forecasting and pacing, and build stakeholder-ready reporting.
- •Take ownership of tracking and attribution
- •hands-on with Google Tag Manager.
- •Be first to test and adopt new Google Ads features and automation.
- •Requirements Proven, hands-on experience managing and scaling paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- •Hands-on technical fluency with Google Tag Manager, data layer debugging and custom tracking.
- •A track record of accurate budget forecasting and pacing, backed by strong GA4 and Google Ads analysis.
- •Comfortable managing and being accountable for a six to seven-figure monthly budget.
- •The ability to turn performance data into a clear, commercial narrative for stakeholders.
