Forward Deployed Engineer

Build and maintain technical integrations for Tier 1 accounts at Augustus.

• •You are the first Forward Deployed Engineer at Augustus and own the technical execution behind every Tier 1 account.
• •Key Responsibilities Build integrations, scripts, and automations for key merchants.
• •Debug API issues and walk merchant engineers through webhooks.
• •Own the integration side of the per-merchant go-live checklist.
• •Drive accounts to full expansion and build systems that make the problem smaller.
• •Requirements 3+ years in a customer-facing role in a B2B environment.
• •Experience in a fast-paced start-up (50-100 employees).
• •Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
