- •Global Mobility Manager
- •Field Services partners directly with Deel’s go-to-market and internal teams to drive customer success.
- •In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to support prospective clients as they evaluate Deel’s platform and product offerings specifically in the field services and onsite space—playing an essential part in showcasing value, credibility, and technical fit.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead as the technical authority for Deel’s Field Services segment, driving enterprise pre-sales across staffing, RPO, and project-based organizations with credibility and industry expertise.
- •Own the end-to-end technical sales cycle—leading discovery, shaping solutions, responding to RFPs, delivering tailored demos, and running architecture workshops.
- •Translate complex, multi-jurisdictional requirements into clear, scalable, and compliant solution designs with defined implementation roadmaps and success metrics.
