- •The Account Manager owns customer relationships in Fal.ai's Commercial segment, driving retention, renewals, and expansion while ensuring customer success and operational excellence.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead renewal and recontracting cycles to secure on-time renewals and expand account value.
- •Articulate platform impact, ROI, and use cases to strengthen customer outcomes.
- •Manage contract lifecycle including negotiation, legal and security reviews.
