Manage and grow relationships with large Travel clients in São Paulo.
- •Clara is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with large Travel clients (TMCs, tour operators, agencies) in São Paulo, positioning Clara as their financial operations backbone.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as primary contact for strategic travel clients and engage C-suite to drive adoption and retention.
- •Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to migrate travel spend to Clara.
- •Optimize clients' financial workflows (VCN issuance, reconciliation, liquidity).
- •Conduct strategic reviews demonstrating ROI and improving Net Revenue Retention.
- •Collaborate with Product and Operations to tailor travel-specific features.
- •Requirements Experience managing large enterprise or strategic accounts in Travel or related sectors.
- •Strong stakeholder and C-suite engagement skills.
- •Knowledge of travel payment flows, reconciliation, and virtual card usage.
- •Proven track record in upselling and minimizing churn.
