Technical Lead Manager, App Foundations

Lead App Foundations team, manage frontend engineers, and build core application structure.

• •Lead the App Foundations team at Foxglove, owning the core application structure and ensuring consistency across feature teams.
• •This role involves hands-on technical leadership and people management to build the data infrastructure for robots operating in the real world.
• •Key Responsibilities End-to-end ownership of features, collaborating with customers, community, design, and PM.
• •Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, delivering features alongside them.
• •Design, build, and evolve the core frontend application structure, including authentication, navigation, and component systems.
• •Own and maintain the application's build and packaging pipeline, analytics, and error reporting.
• •Requirements 8+ years in frontend or full stack engineering, with 2+ years in a Tech Lead Manager or management role.
• •Experience building complex React applications and managing frontend performance.
• •Familiarity with frontend tooling, build systems, and application architecture.
• •Passion for building technical tools for engineers and excellent communication skills.
